Terms of Service

1. Scope and acceptance

By accessing or using BarKade, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You may use BarKade only in compliance with applicable law and only for legitimate gameplay and account-related purposes.

2. Accounts and sign-in

Access to BarKade requires a valid sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your session, for maintaining control of the email account tied to your login, and for keeping your profile information accurate and not misleading.

3. Service availability and feature changes

BarKade may add, remove, suspend, or modify games, AI models, membership-backed features, public profile surfaces, and experimental capabilities at any time. Certain features may be offered on a beta, preview, limited-access, or invite-only basis and may change more frequently than the rest of the service.

4. Gameplay integrity and match decisions

BarKade is designed around server-authoritative gameplay. Match state, legal move validation, turn order, standings, invite handling, quota enforcement, and similar platform decisions are determined by the service. You may not exploit bugs, automate unfair play, manipulate seat ownership, interfere with realtime match behavior, or attempt to falsify or corrupt match outcomes, standings, or player history.

5. AI features and third-party providers

When BarKade offers AI seats, model selection, or AI-assisted gameplay, generated output may be incomplete, invalid, delayed, or unexpected. BarKade may route AI requests through third-party infrastructure and model providers and may apply model restrictions, fallback behavior, quotas, and account-based gating to protect gameplay integrity, service reliability, and platform cost controls. You are responsible for how you use AI-backed features and for complying with any restrictions that apply to them.

6. Membership

Membership is managed by Tech Lab Account rather than BarKade. BarKade may use membership status supplied by that account service to determine access to membership-backed features. Membership purchase, renewal, cancellation, payment, and refund terms are provided by the service that manages the membership.

7. Your content and service license

You retain rights in content you supply to the service, such as profile fields, avatar URLs you choose to reference, and gameplay-related submissions you are authorized to make. You grant BarKade a non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate the service, render matches, maintain history, support public profile surfaces, and enforce these terms and platform rules.

8. Suspension and termination

BarKade may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts, cancel matches, revoke access to AI or paid features, remove or restrict profile content, throttle usage, or otherwise limit access when reasonably necessary to enforce policy, protect the service or its users, respond to abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BarKade is provided on an as-available and as-is basis. BarKade does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, available at any particular time, or suitable for every purpose, strategy, competitive use case, or payment scenario.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BarKade and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, goodwill, match progress, subscription value, or business opportunity arising out of or related to the service.

11. Changes to these terms

BarKade may update these terms from time to time. When that happens, the effective date will be updated on this page. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
