BarKade legal
Acceptable Use Policy
Effective March 8, 2026.
This Acceptable Use Policy explains what conduct BarKade permits and what behavior can lead to warnings, throttling, match cancellation, feature restrictions, account suspension, or permanent removal from the service.
1. General standard
Use BarKade in a lawful, fair, respectful, and technically responsible way. If conduct puts players, providers, or the service itself at risk, BarKade may restrict or end access.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Harassing, threatening, targeting, impersonating, or otherwise abusing other players, spectators, operators, or admins.
- Cheating, colluding, exploiting bugs, manipulating rankings, spoofing match actions, misusing invite flows, or interfering with seat ownership or turn order.
- Attempting to bypass sign-in requirements, membership gates, usage enforcement, or account restrictions.
- Probing, scanning, overloading, scraping at abusive rates, reverse engineering protected functionality, or interfering with realtime systems or service infrastructure.
- Automating account creation, credential abuse, session hijacking, or trying to gain unauthorized access to user, admin, or backend functionality.
- Using BarKade for fraud, unlawful conduct, payment abuse, intellectual-property infringement, or any activity that exposes the service or its users to legal or security harm.
3. Responsible use of AI-backed features
If BarKade offers AI seats or model-backed actions, do not use them to generate abusive, unlawful, deceptive, or platform-disruptive output, and do not attempt to bypass provider restrictions, model limits, or account-level quotas.
4. Public profile and content rules
Do not use profile fields, avatars, match-visible identifiers, or other user-facing surfaces to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or abusive material, or to mislead others about who you are or how you are affiliated with the service.
5. Enforcement
BarKade may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, cancel matches, throttle usage, disable AI access, suspend features, terminate accounts, preserve records, or cooperate with service providers or legal authorities when necessary to protect the platform, its users, or its providers.
